Disclaimer: I did receive some of the products below for free, but all opinions are my own and I was not paid to write this post.

One of my very favorite things in the winter is a pot of hot Earl Grey tea in the morning and a pot of get-ready-for-bed tea in the evening. I love all kinds of tea.

My current 2 favorite teas are Yogi Bedtime and Lavender Earl Grey. I love the way the lavender flavor compliments the bergamot in Earl Grey. It’s also relaxing so it’s perfect in my evening tea to unwind and get ready for bed.

Cascade Ice sent me their new organic sparkling water and it’s my new favorite sparkling water. The down side is I can’t find it near me or on Amazon. Be aware that Cascade Ice has a zero calorie sparkling drink that has artificial sweeteners, so make sure it says organic and read the label carefully. The blueberry and lemon flavors are my favorite. These would be great to make a tea spritzer.

This 6 quart Instant Pot was my Christmas gift to myself. One of my cookbook testers has been talking to me about these for years. Since it does have a slow cooker function I had to have it for my collection.

The bonus is that it’s an electric pressure cooker, rice cooker and a yogurt maker. I know it sounds like an infomercial, but I’m having a blast playing with it. If you get one make sure to join this InstaPot Facebook group. It’s very active and they have great ideas!

Here are a few vegan pressure cooker books that I’m reading to learn more about my new Instant Pot:

I was sent this beautiful box of cinnamon below that’s carved out of cinnamon wood from World Vision. It smells beautiful. It’s not an inexpensive gift, but your gift is tax-deductible less fair market value of $19. They have other fair trade gifts as well.

Make some of my Apple Cinnamon Biscuits with that cinnamon!

I have used Marukan Rice Vinegar for years and I’m in love with the new sodium free and sugar free version they sent me to try. It makes it a fit into even more diets. I’ll be talking more about their ponzu sauce in the new year.

Hot and Sour Soup is my go-to for a chilly night or if I’m coming down with a cold. This comes together quick and will nourish you through a long night of gift wrapping or last minute shopping. It’s also one of my favorite recipes from The Vegan Slow Cooker.

You need a holiday coffee up your sleeve for company and this homemade slow cooker gingerbread latte will keep everyone toasty warm. Happy holidays!
