Reservations
A block of rooms has been reserved for Healthy Living Summit attendees at a reduced rate* of $149 for a Concourse Level Room and $189-$229 for a Governor’s Club Room.
To make hotel reservations at the Madison Concourse Hotel & Governors Club, call them directly at (800) 356-8293. When calling, please mention that you are part of the Healthy Living Summit to receive the conference per night room rate (not including applicable taxes). Reservations must be made before August 13, 2014 in order to receive discounted pricing.
Getting to the Hotel
The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle to and from Dane County Regional Airport to all hotel guests. Simply use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area to let the hotel know that you have are ready to be picked up and head to the shuttle pick-up area located outside baggage claim, Door 5. For your return trip to the airport, make a reservation at the front desk.
