Anti-Candida diet has one basic rule. You need to eliminate fungus’s favorite foods (sugars) until they get extinct from your organism. Being strict is the most important thing when it comes to candida diet.

I PHASE – elimination of sugar

Eliminate all the foods that are embracing yeast development. All foods that contain: WHITE FLOUR, SUGAR (even fruits), YEAST!

II PHASE – detoxification

In this stage of anti-Candida diet we recommend you to increase the water intake. This will ensure faster and easier body cleansing. Start a day with a cup of lukewarm water and a little lemon. Eat as many fresh vegetables as possible. Make fresh salads. Try to increase the intake of the foods that the Candida fungus cannot stand, such as garlic, broccoli, celery, cabbage, peppers, beets etc. At this stage, avoid red meat proteins, and replace them with fish and chicken meat. Chew food well and eat several smaller meals per day. In the beginning you might have problems with poor digestion, but your body will eventually get used to this nutrition regime.

III PHASE – decolonization

Anti-Candida diet includes adding probiotic bacteria in your everyday meals.

Prescription: Take one cup of natural low-fat yogurt and add 2 teaspoons of linseeds. This natural remedy will help you clean your organism from different harmful toxins. Repeat this treatment every morning, but only in one case – if you have passed the first two stages of anti-candida diet.

IV PHASE – introduction of groceries

This phase occurs only after you’ve been successful in all previous stages of the diet. Your organism needs to be reintroduced to foods that have previously been prohibited.

Every week include one forbidden food and watch how this affects your health. If you don’t feel well after consuming certain ingredients, and if you face Candida symptoms again, just try to eject them from the menu, until you feel completely ready to consume them again.

Candida diet plan

Anti-candida diet is extremely restrictive. But luckily, foods that are desirable for consumption still contain some tasty items.
