Adding NutraCleanse to your oatmeal is a gluten-free way to support healthy blood pressure, weight loss and better digestion. It provides omega-3 and omega-6 and a high amount of fibre to your diet.

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup oatmeal

1 cup coldwater

1 pinch of salt

1/3 cup of NutraCleanse (contains flax seed, psyllium husk dandelion root powder, burdock root powder and fenugreek seed powder)

1/2 cup of berries (blueberries, blackberries, red currants)

DIRECTIONS

Add 1/3 cup oatmeal to 1 cup cold water in pot with dash of salt. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Turn heat down and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add 1/3 cup Nutracleanse and stir. Empty into bowl, serve with honey and milk. Top with your favourite berries. Enjoy! ON THE RUN? Just add 1/3 cup or three heaped tablespoons of NutraCleanse to 2/3 cup of milk or juice and stir. (Mixture will naturally thicken after 1 minute).
