The Gluten Free Allergen Free Expo in Chicago is right around the corner. Have you gotten your tickets yet? I’m excited to visit the Schaumburg Convention Center for this fantastic event. Even if you have been to previous gluten free allergen free expo events in Chicago or other cities, check this one out. Each year the committee works hard to expand and improve the gluten free allergen free expo event. This year they’ve moved the Chicago area event to a bigger venue in Schaumburg.
If you live in the Chicago area you can plan an entire day to visit the expo for sampling, shopping, and educational workshops. All products are dedicated gluten free. There are also many products free from some or all of the top eight allergens: wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, dairy, egg, peanuts, and tree nuts. There is a dedicated nut free area at the gluten free and allergen free expo as well. Come to taste the newest foods, meet health and wellness experts, learn about gluten free cooking and allergen free dieting. And keep your eyes peeled for lil’ ol me. I’ll be wearing the Healthy Family logo and doing man on the street interviews with folks like you.
