Cut a medium sized beet into large cubes. Transfer the beet cubes, along with its leaves and roots into a blender and add half a cup of water. Blend the ingredients well and transfer the juice to a clean glass. Drink a tall glass of freshly prepared beet juice for a couple of weeks to detoxify the body.

Drink Water
