Get excited – the trailer for the next Frozen movie is here! In a bid to capitalize on their massively popular animated flick, Disney has decided to fast-track a sequel – kind of.

A new short, called Frozen Fever, is set to play in theaters during screenings of Disney’s new live-action version of Cinderella, which stars Downton Abbey’s Lily James.

In the trailer for Frozen Fever, we see our favorite animated characters – Queen Elsa, Olaf, and Krisoff planning a surprise birthday party for Princess Anna! The entire short is said to be about 7 minutes long, and will show the preparations for the party (as well as some mischief that the group gets into – will Elsa’s powers ruin the party?!), and Anna’s reaction.

Each of the voice actors from the original film – Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff, Idina Menzel, and Josh Gad – will be reprising their original roles and, we hear, there might even be another amazing musical number.

There hasn’t been any official word yet on whether or not a full-length Frozen sequel will be coming out, but it certainly seems that everyone at Disney is on board with it, and there was even a lot of emphasis put on the entire franchise as a whole in one Disney statement. And, of course,  Frozen Fever might just be the biggest hint yet – giving fans of the film a little something while they wait for the next full-length feature film.

Of course, Disney is upping the ante by putting the short in theaters with the highly anticipated live-action Cinderella. Downton Abbey’s Lily James is taking on the title role, while Helena Bonham Carter is playing her fairy godmother, and the very handsome Richard Madden is playing Prince Charming. From what we’ve seen of Cinderella so far, the movie looks like it’s going to be everything dreams are made of. The costume department, especially, deserves major credit – since every one of Cinderella’s gowns is absolutely gorgeous.

For now though, check out the trailer to Frozen Fever below, and let us know what you think in the comments!
