Last week, Haute Residence attended a splendid event held at the 2014 Kips Bay Decorator Show House in New York City, hosted by Hearst Design Group and Cosentino North America. The artful affair, which spotlighted a magnificent kitchen interior designed by Matthew Quinn, showcased countertops made of Cosentino’s natural quartz brand Silestone.



 

Located at the Mansion on Madison, the 42nd installation of the annual show house featured works by over 20 interior designers and architects, including William T. Georgis, Cullman and Kravis, Vicente Wolf, ODADA, Darryl Carter, the Mendelson Group and Kirsten Kelli.



Over the past 80 years, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has evolved into a must-see event for thousands of design aficionados, and has triggered the start of many interior design trends throughout the world. Every year, the celebrated showcase’s proceeds benefit the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club.
