Actor Chris O’Donnell is in town tonight. He, along with other celebrities, Silicon Valley Heavy Hitters and supporters will celebrate the annual REDF Benefit at the Warfield Theatre.
REDF(also known as The Roberts Enterprise Development Fund) is a San Francisco-based venture philanthropy organization that creates jobs and employment opportunities for people facing the greatest barriers to work.
O’Donnell is a REDF Board Member who has taken an interest in philanthropy using his celebrity to bring attention to important social concerns.
REDF’s signature annual event is the premier showcase of the power of social enterprise to transform lives and communities. This year’s benefit builds on the tremendous momentum of REDF’s sold-out 15th Anniversary celebration last fall, which raised more than $1 million. Attendees at this year’s event will experience a movement that is transforming the way young people and adults who are shut out of the workforce can thrive and contribute to this nation’s recovery.
