The most growth for the median home sales price for San Clemente was seen in the months of January, February and March. The past 5 years in the San Clemente real estate market have seen average home prices sagging and properties losing their values. But all that changed in 2012. San Clemente home prices have greatly improved and volume has increased. The number of resales in San Clemente should reach about 1,000, a number not seen in years.
