RS816 offers flexible scalability up to eight drives for up to 64TB in total raw storage capacity with Synology RX415 expansion unit while delivering advanced computing capability and robust application suite.

RS816 runs on DiskStation Manager (DSM), the most advanced and intuitive operating system for network-attached storage devices that offers a wide range of applications from backup to multimedia for home and personal uses.
