Multi-platinum rock band 311 are premiering their brand-new single, “Five Of Everything,” which can be heard at http://youtu.be/k2wz5fkaDLU.

“Five Of Everything” is the lead single from new 311 album STEREOLITHIC, set for release on March 11th (“new 311 on 3/11!”). The album arrives via 311 Records and is being distributed by INgrooves, making it 311’s first truly independent release since their early days as an unsigned band living in Omaha, Nebraska.

311 recently teamed with PledgeMusic for a pre-order album promotion that enhances fan interaction. Those that pre-order the album (available in CD, vinyl and autographed bundles) will receive exclusive updates from the band and will be automatically entered into a bonus prize drawing to win more than 100 prizes, including an autographed signature series PRS SE guitar from Tim Mahoney, handwritten lyrics from vocalists Nick Hexum and SA Martinez, signed drumsticks used during the recording of the album from Chad Sexton, a Skype call from bassist P-Nut, backstage passes to meet the band, and much more.

STEREOLITHIC  is also now available for pre-order at iTunes, with “Five of Everything” as an instant download (https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/stereolithic/id813957557?ls=1).

311 recorded STEREOLITHIC with longtime collaborator/producer Scott Ralston, best known for his work on some of the band’s most popular releases, including 1993’s gold-selling Music, 1995′s triple-platinum selling 311, 1997’s platinum-selling Transistor and 1999’s gold-selling Soundsystem. STEREOLITHIC was mixed by Ralston and 311 drummer Chad Sexton.

The new album is the follow-up to 2011’s Universal Pulse, which entered Billboard’s Top 200 Albums Chart at No. 7, making it the band’s 8th straight top 10 debut.

The quintet will celebrate STEREOLITHIC’s release—and their 24th year together as a band—with their bi-annual “311 Day.” The 2014 concert, which takes place on March 11th at the New Orleans Arena, will be a coming home of sorts, as the first “311 Day” was held in New Orleans back in 2000 (the last two events took place in Vegas). Tickets have already been sold to fans from all 50 U.S. States and 15 countries who will travel to New Orleans for the special event. Ticket information is available at http://www.311.com/311Day2014.

Over the course of their amazing career, the now-Southern California-based 311 has sold close to 9 million albums in the U.S. alone. They’ve had 9 top 10 radio hits, including three No. 1’s. Their list of hits includes “Down,” “All Mixed Up,” “Amber,”  “Love Song,”  “Come Original,” “Beautiful Disaster,”  “Don’t Tread On Me,” “Hey You” and “Sunset In July.” For 11 consecutive years, the band has headlined amphitheaters across the U.S. with their summer “Unity Tour.” They also host an annual Caribbean Cruise – a four-night trip from Miami to a private island in the Bahamas attended by thousands of fans from around the world.
