It’s almost Super Bowl XLVIII time! Are you ready to watch the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks go head to head on February 2nd? I’m a huge football fan and always look forward to the Super Bowl regardless of what teams are playing. Though I admit I would prefer to be watching the Pittsburgh Steelers that day, but this just wasn’t their year. And so when I’m not particularly excited about the teams that will be playing I look forward to the other two things that are always awesome no matter what – the commercials and the food! Now all we can do is cross our fingers and hope those commercials are hilarious… and at 4 million dollars for 30 seconds I bet the advertisers are crossing their fingers we find them funny too. But we can do something about making sure the food is delicious at our game day parties.
The last thing I want to be doing during a Super Bowl party is fussing around with the food…. I might miss a commercial that way!
