Hourly rates start from £5.35 – £6.55 (pending on age and experience) + potential bonuses + benefits + progression
Would you like to be an integral part of our front of house team at handmade burger Co.’s brand new Leeds restaurant?
Our Leeds team are looking for proven and enthusiastic restaurant team members to join the team. As a front of house team member you will have a confidence with people and be more than able in food delivery and till procedures. You will have been in a similar role for at least 6 months. Ideally you will have experienced sales volumes of over 20k per week and have experience in overall shift service and daily operations and able to cope with all the pressures that come with this. You must also have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards.

The Sargeant Partnership operates handmade burger Co, Chilacas and Urban Pie. We are currently made up of over 20 sites nationwide and have a commitment to continue to grow year on year. Leeds White Rose will be our first new opening this year and with a further 5 new openings planned for 2014 already, this is a very exciting time to join our award winning company*.
What are we looking for…?
• An experienced restaurant team member with at least 6 months experience in this role.
• You will need a proven track record in relation to working quickly and effectively without sacrificing quality.
• You will have an uncompromising attitude towards all operations, procedures, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Confidently work in a team with over 20 staff, with the ability to think on your feet to make the best of every situation.
• You may be from a restaurant or bar background but must have worked within a brand at some stage.
• Candidates must be good communicators, have a hands on approach and be passionate about food and hospitality.
• Must be flexible, reliable and able to work hours to meet the business’s needs – which will include evenings & weekends.
