Hammond Law Group LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Philip Eichorn Co., LPA, a law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio since 2008. Philip Eichorn joins Hammond Law Group as Partner and Christy Turovskiy as an Associate Attorney. The firm will remain at the Caxton Building located at 812 Huron Road, Suite 290, Cleveland, OH 44115.
Philip’s practice brings with it experience with all types of immigration cases, advising corporations and individuals on immigration law issues. Philip has extensive knowledge in a variety of immigration matters, including: Deportation/Removal Defense; Crimmigration (Criminal Immigration Consequences) Advice; Immigration & Naturalization Law; Family Visas / Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing; Citizenship and Naturalization; Employment & Business Visas; I-9 Compliance; and Immigration Appeals. Philip is a graduate of Ohio State University and earned his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law. Philip also teaches Immigration Law at Cleveland-Marshall School of Law. Philip is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serving as the Vice Chairperson of the national Customs and Border Protection Liaison Committee and previously was Chairperson of the Ohio Chapter.
Christy’s areas of practice include: Immigration and Naturalization Law; Employment Immigration; and Criminal Defense. Christy has handled a variety of purely immigration-related matters and also cases where there is an intersection between immigration and criminal law. Christy is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and earned her law degree, Cum Laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Christy is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.
With the opening of the Cleveland office, HLG now has offices in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Phoenix, and San Francisco.
