No, silly. I finally found a personal trainer!! Her name is Jillian Michaels. She has soo many DVD’s so you can work out at home! Also, she has an app for a phone so you can take it anywhere you go! And not to mention, online on her website, has sooo much information on everything you need and want to know.

You guys really need to man up a little. Take pride in what we are going to be doing here.. This is going to be so amazing and we are going to be working very hard doing this but it will be damn well worth it! We will love ourselves and become more confident in the way we look. We will be very happy, I promise!

Number ten is “Plyo Push-up” … Number eleven is called “Hack Squat” … Number twelve is called “Plank Twist” … Number thirteen is called “Rockstar Jump” … and Number fourteen is “Dive Bomber”

So on here under the “Sample Fitness Plan” category, it only gives me Three Circuit 1 explanations…and later on, when we purchase this whole thing.. Well, I will explain more then..

Circuit number 1 is “Pendulum Lunge” – 3 sets of 15 – and this dynamic move gives you excellent quad definition and chiseled glutes, plus you’re using more core strength to stabilize you throughout the movement… Circuit number 2 is “Hollowman” (listen here, Moose and Rabbit!) – 3 sets of 1 minute – This modification works your whole entire rectus abdominis.
