He graduated with distinction in 1988. Since 1989 Dr. Chang continues to be serving patients at our Waipahu Clinic in central Oahu. Active in most aspects of clinical care, Dr. Chang includes a special interest in prescribing and fitting all kinds of contact lenses.

Mily A. Wu: Dr. Mily Wu is really a 1994 graduate of the University of Hawaii along with a 1998 graduate of the Los angeles College of Optometry in Fullerton. Upon going back to the islands she joined the Vision Care Centers practice in January 1999 taking care of patients at both our Waianae and Waipahu Clinics. Dr. Wu speaks Vietnamese fluently and it is a an active member of the Hawaii Optometric Association and also the American Optometric Association. Her favorite home activity is spending family time together with her husband and her son.
