We recently purchased HP M401D, for the PS feature. After installing, we found the printer is installed as PCL 6, later downloaded the UNIVERSAL PS Driver from the site, but after installing still we miss the feature.
For your information, our previous printer 1320. 1320 PS is installed.
Application in use: Quark Xpress 5.0
OS: WinXP 32Bit
In Quark Xpress 5.0, under PRINT SETUP option, we see under OPTIONS Tab (If HP 1320 PS is selected), then our OPERATOR selects something (may be HORIZONTAL), then on TRACING PAPER the PS (MIRROR) print works.
But, we don't see this option after installing new printer M401D PCL6 and/or HP UNIVERSAL DRIVER PS.
So, how could we get the printing of PS on Tracing paper by using this printer?
