The Account Knowledge Relationship Manager role is focused on the firm's top priority Private Equity accounts, which are aligned to the Private Equity sector centre. The role supports both service delivery to clients, and business development activities. The AKE represents all aspects of EY Knowledge and works as an integral part of the account and sector teams.

Through interaction with the relevant leadership at the service line, Private Equity sector, and/or account level, the AKE understands the business priorities of both EY and our clients. Based on this understanding, the AKE designs, validates and implements an account knowledge plan that is aligned with the overall account priorities. Within EY Knowledge, the AKE represents the voice of the customer, feeding back to the Private Equity sector and service line knowledge leaders and leveraging the relevant resources within the firm to assist with implementing the knowledge plan. The AKE is key in driving the knowledge culture of EY, primarily through sharing and leveraging knowledge, and is expected to act as a role model within assigned accounts by consistently demonstrating and embedding related behaviours and activities.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Knowledge management experience with a Private Equity focus

• Strong executive presence; able to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

• Strong leadership and relationship skills are required, including delegating, coaching, and defining expectations; effective at virtual team building

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Project management experience, takes ownership for delivering projects with a high degree of autonomy

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
