PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop/Ensure Electrical support for the area maintenance teams with advise for problems that require competencies not present in the area teams.
- Develop Electrical Maintenance Strategies, Procedures and Plans, and sustained plant operation in compliance with the Company's QSHE policy and guidelines.
-Develop / review condition monitoring and test inspection programs for Electrical equipment and assess excursions outside the Operating Window and initiate appropriate action to ensure plant integrity.
- Develop Electrical contracting strategies to obtain the right balance between hiring of own labour/equipment and contracted services, taking into account future contractor capabilities in Qatar and the Region.
- Develop/review/ rationalise the preventive maintenance strategies and plans within SAP for the Electrical equipment in order to ensure equipment integrity and availability.
