Your Lenovo S580 must installed CWM recovery.
Then extract the stock firmware, and you will get the update.zip file.
Now, copy zip file into SD Card.
Then, power off your device, wait for a moment untill your phone really shut down.
Then, Enter your device into fastboot mode.
Now you should turn it On using this combination key.
power button + volume up + volume down
This action will bring you to recovery mode on Lenovo S580,

install zip

Please make sure to unzip this archive.
Then remove your back case, battery, sim card and SD Card if installed
Next, Connect your Lenovo S580 to Computer, while holding the power button and volume up. The PC will detect the new hardware, just ignore it.
Then, release USB data cable from the PC.
Open SP flash tool software and click scatter load. find Lenovo S580 scatter storage location earlier.
In the Scatter Loading field go to the folder where you extracted the Flash Tool and select target_bin
