I'd like to get a bit more noise out of my GTR.
At present, it has a 90mm older style Milltek system which is resonated. I have looked for a non-resonated y-pipe but these seem to be quite hard to find. The newer 90mm non-resonated pipes are a little bit shorter than the older systems; we looked at this last weekend and it wouldnt reach (gutted).
SO, I presume the best option is to remove the cats and fit some downpipes? Is this right? I dont really want to spend another £1500 on a new Milltek non-resonated system.
If the decats are the best way, where can I get some from (seen some on eBay, are they crap?) and will I need to get my Litchfield Stage 4.25 car remapped with the decats?
Will it also be too loud and have the dreaded drone with these?
