Central Minnesota Legal Services is now offering a free legal advice clinic to assist persons with matters of family and/or estate and probate law. Advice clinics will be held on the fourth Tuesday of every month at the St. Cloud Public Library, beginning Jan. 22. All clinic sessions will be held from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Pre-registration is recommended. Walk-ins subject to availability.
