The brutal and terrifying Cybernetic Emperor of the Imperial Wasteland Empire never was fond of casual or formal clothing, given the fact he was an experimental sentient Enclave android after all. but after some walking around in The Divide, he found an outfit that suits his Casual/Formal Clothing tastes: A US General uniform.
now Tor'Kaz has a casual outfit that he can wear when he's not slaughtering countless enemies or when he just needs a vacation (yes, even Robot Emperors of post apocalyptic civilizations need breaks). Here Tor'Kaz is enjoying the sights and sounds of his favorite small little town called Goodsprings.
