I will start with what i have already done to my RXP:
Les Cooke C kit supercharger,
Les Cooke 60lbs injectors,
Les Cooke remapped standard ECU 8800 RPM,
Les Cooke 4' intake with flame arrestor and air box removed,
Walbro 255 fuel pump with fuel pressure regulator but not running rising rate as per Les instructions base pressure set @ 60psi,
Ported head,
Lightened cam sprocket,
629 cam set to give cylinder pressure of 135 psi,
Supertech light weight valve set,
Supertech Sea-Doo specific dual valve springs but with Les Cooke titanium retainers rather than the Supertech ones,
ARP head stud set,
Rad4 Racing torque plate taped and plugged ready for exhaust temp probes at some point,
Exhaust manifold taped and plugged ready for lamda sensor,
Block guard,
Riva waterbox,
Full Riva though hull exhaust system,
Custom made intercooler made from Pace 500 BHP core with pressure bypass built in to it,
NGK DCPR8EIX Iridium Spark plugs,
Stainless steel wear ring,
I have lots of props i think i am running a Solas SRX-CD-15/22R at the moment,
R&D pump seal,
160 degrees thermostat,
I want to keep it closed cooled because of salt water use,
I have some money saved and want to do my next stage but not sure what to do ?,
So before i make my order with Jerry i wanted to know what you guys thought good or bad " I can take it lol" on what i have already done please and your thoughts on my shopping list and what you would buy and do next please,
I am a engineer and not frightened to learn and maybe but hopefully not make mistakes along the way,
I want to buy things that will be able to work with any more upgrades i do in the future,
My idea is to one day have the most powerful none turbo ski i can build so my next shopping list should be able to cope with future tunning as much as possible rather than cost now,
My thoughts are:
Riva Athena or Riva Vi-PEC is the latter worth the extra money ?,RS11890-ECU-DC
Riva dash logger is it worth having or do i need it ?,RY11841-LD-MD60
Riva dash logger cable,RS11850-MD60-EC-11
Rive dual map switch,RY11841-DMS-ECU-DC
Riva lamda kit,RY11540-LC1-6S5-1
Engine Tech billet water cooler,ET Water cooler 2
Riva air intake kit RS13110,RS13110-CAUK
Turbo Tech billet fuel rail,tt fuel rail
Riva high flow fuel filter,RY12040-BFF
Rotax cam chain tensioner,4222, I have had the head skimmed but the standard tensioner seams okay ?,
There are so many fuel injectors i dont know which ones to buy to suit the Riva ECU and and any future tunning i will do , I want to avoid buying anything i will have to upgrade again if possible please,
I dont know anything about pump,prop,nozzles,wedges,cones so any input on that side would be great thanks,
I use my ski 90% in the sea for wave jumping so top speed runs are hard to do anyways but i high top speed would be nice lol , but mainly hole shot and bottom end grunt,
The things i have listed above is about all my budget will go to at the moment but my next shopping list after that will maybe be:
Engine Tech ET 70-145 race edition supercharger light edition, ET 70-145 Race edition S/C LE
Rotax heavy duty supercharger shaft, can not see it on PWC Performance at the moment but hope you know what i am talking about
Lightened balancer shaft,
Lightened flywheel,
Carbon fiber hull lol ? one day maybe ,
