Team Manager – Looked After Children
Our client has a job vacancy for a Social Worker to work as a Team Manager within a Looked After Children Team based in Hammersmith. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £36.99 per hour (limited company worker).
Requirements:
Have you got a social work degree or equivalent?
Are you HCPC registered?
Do you have at least 3 years recent post qualified experience working as a Team Manager within a Looked After Children Team?
If you fit these requirements then you could be the ideal candidate.
Duties:
You will be establishing effectively and utilising management information and quality assurance systems.
You will be ensuring high standards for service delivery are achieved and performance targets are met.
You will be monitoring, evaluating and reviewing performance targets and identifying deficiencies.
You will be ensuring that a high professional standard is maintained.
You will be representing the division at working parties and other groups.
