The successful Qualified Social Worker will be responsible for improving the lives of children and families in South West of England. They will be required to use professional knowledge to assess, monitor and review social care needs of individuals, relatives and carers to arrange the provision of appropriate care services

Duties will include:
• Interview clients individually, in families, or in groups, assessing their situations, capabilities, and problems, to determine what services are required to meet their needs.
• Devise individual care plans based on needs.
• Ability to liaise with other agencies to protect vulnerable people.
• Record all work and ensure that case notes that are recorded are clear and concise.
Experience/ Qualifications:
• Valid Social Work qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years post Qualified Social Work experience within a childrens team.
• The Qualified Social Worker must also be HCPC registered and have an up to date CRB check.
• The candidate must be a car driver.
