Sales and Service Coordinator, Fixed Term Contract - 12 months, Housing Association

Your new role
Within your new role you will provide a comprehensive and proactive support service for the sales of the organisation's Home Ownership programme. You will be responsible for ensuring that applications are assessed and sales complete within agreed timescales. Furthermore you will prepare the Memorandum of Sales, including the calculation of rents and service charges, updating the sales systems and maintaining a register of valuation dates to ensure all sales comply with homes and community agency guides.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role you must have working knowledge of property, with a good knowledge of understanding of the property sales process, including mortgage offers, conveyancing and the responsibility of home ownership. You must have high customer service skills as well as be organised and manage your own workloads. Furthermore, you must have the ability to interpret legal documents and legislation.
