I have a number of permanent opportunities for Support Workers and Senior Support Workers in Staffordshire
Your new company
You will be working for one of the regions leading provider of adult services including residential for adults with learning disabilities, mental health and Dementia. This company is based in Newcastle under Lyme but has homes throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire
Your new role
You will be working on a 37.5 hour week with no sleep ins or waking nights required. You will be responsible for the day to day support of the adults living within the home. You will be responsible for personal care, befriending, activities and key-working.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a passion for caring for and supporting people. You will need to work in line with the ethics and values of the organisation. Prior experience working in the care sector is desirable but not essential.
