Registered Care Manager - Domiciliary Care Agency
I have an exciting job opportunity within a professional, passionate and family owned domiciliary care agency that are looking to appoint a registered manager..
They are looking to appoint a dynamic manager for the office and service as a whole by managing the care team to deliver excellent standards of home care.
The candidate I am looking for will either be a deputy manager of a domiciliary care service looking to make the next step up the career ladder or a current registered manager of a care Domiciliary service.
The expectation of the newly appointed manager will be to engage with local council’s, social services, GP’s, hospitals and other related agencies to ensure new business and growth within the sector.
You would also be responsible for the day to day running of the service, recruitment procedures, staff management, risk assessment, data management, CQC compliance standards and the ongoing high company home care standards already in place.
