CARE MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Manager who has a proven track record within learning disabilities to work for a small to medium sized organisation in Guildford, Surrey.
A recognised provider of residential care, this organisation takes pride in the standards of care and the support they provide to each person in their care. They place their residents at the heard of everything they do.
The Care Manager will have experience managing a service for Learning Disabilities. You will have full responsibility for all aspects of management for the home, including care planning, care reviews, recruitment, training and retention and management of staff.
You will ensure that the care home meets with all the CQC requirements. As the Care Manager you are responsible for acting in the best interests of the clients we support, and ensuring that they implement systems to monitor quality and performance.
Applicants will need to have a detailed knowledge and experience of working within learning disabilities and have held a similar position in either the public, private or not for profit sectors. You will have a thorough understanding of safe guarding vulnerable adults, and be able to establish a comprehensive Care Value Base and an understanding of Person Centred Planning.
