The limited warranty also does not cover misuse, modifications, or wear and tear with use over time. Order Tracking All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, a confirmation email will be sent including the tracking number for your package. Order cut off time is 11:00am PST. Any order made after 11:00am PST will be processed the next day. Pre-order or back order items will be shipped out based on availability. Returns Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, replacement, or an exchange.Steps for Return Please first contact us with the reason for return. 1. Print the shipping label. 2. Safely package the item being returned to avoid damages. 3. Attach the label onto the envelope or box (cover other unnecessary barcodes or UPC). 4.
