We are working with a rapidly expanding provider of training and vocational qualifications in the North East who have an exciting job opportunity for a Senior Course Developer / Tutor in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development(CIPD) for a job based in Durham.
The Senior Course Developer job would suit a professional with an extensive background in Human Resources and who is looking for a move into the education sector where you will be able to pass on your skills and knowledge to others. The successful applicant will be managing the set up and delivery of the CIPD courses. The role initially will involve working with the clients online platform developers and setting up the basic Level 3 and 5 Human Resources online courses in CIPD. You will also need to gain accreditation from the CIPD and be the initial Tutor for all courses delivering the face to face workshops, being involved with supporting students through their qualifications which they achieve through online written assignments, marking and developing course materials through to certification of courses. This is a full time permanent post. You will be reporting into the Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will have one or more of the following qualifications and experience: A Level 5 or above in CIPD
Have liaised with CIPD
Knowledgeable in all aspects of the CIPD qualification at Level 3 and 5
A strong HR Background
Delivered training
IT Literate
Excellent standard of written English
