Our client, a successful national Training Provider, is looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to join their North West business as regional Business Development Manager. This is a full time, permanent position to start ASAP, and will provide the successful candidate with an exciting opportunity to join a successful team, in a position integral to it's success. The main focus of the organisation is to successfully deliver results on the government Work Programme, getting unemployed people in to sustainable employment.

In this role, you will directly tender for employment & skills contracts and work closely with Operations Manager and Delivery Staff Teams to ensure that new tendering activity adds value, maximises returns and builds on current delivery. You will contribute to national business development and maintain regional market information and strive to constantly build and develop relationships. You will also actively contribute to the strategic development of the organisation as a whole.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have relevant, successful experience within a similar management role. You will have experience of bid-writing and producing high quality tenders. To be successful, applicants must possess a high level understanding of policy and delivery of government funded training initiatives for the unemployed. You must be an excellent communicator at a professional level and have a proven background of report writing and keeping reords.
