Business Development Manager for the East Midlands
Job Vacancy for a Business Development Advisor to travel across the East Midlands (Nottingham/Derby/Chesterfield/Leicester)
This is a permanent, full time position (Monday - Friday 37 hours)
The salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 (The salary is negotiable for the right candidate)
All candidates need to hold a UK Driving Licence and have access to a car because you will be travelling around the East Midlands
As a Business Development Manager you will be expected to act as an integral part of the sales team, you would be required to identify new employers and explain the benefits of taking on an apprentice or up skill their existing staff.
You must have thorough knowledge of government funded and grants available across various apprenticeship programmes. You must be able to promote the advantages of taking on an apprentice and promote the benefits as to why.

You need to have previous experience in sales/account development because you will be cold calling potential and existing employers
You should be prepared to research any given market to ensure that they are up to date with the changes in government policy and legislation
