SEND ASD Teaching Assistant is required for a long term position working with 11-18 year old children

Your new role
It will be raising self-esteem at every opportunity, ensuring a consistent approach to the child's behavioural difficulties and encouraging the provision of a positive classroom environment. You maybe be required to work with individual children or in small class setting between 8-10.
What you'll need to succeed
To Succeed, you will have experience in working with ASD children within a Teaching Assistant post. You will be required to have at least 6 months classroom based experience.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive daily rate ranging from £50-55 as well as being given the opportunity to claim back for various expenses. You will receive support from a dedicated Hays consultant who will support you throughout your placement. The school has free staff parking and is easily accessible by public transport.
