A top Achieving School urgently need an English Teacher to teach up to KS4 on an ongoing basis.
The successful teacher will be expected to take on full teaching responsibilities.
This will include providing sufficient challenges in lessons so that pupils can achieve as well as they should, ensuring marking is regular and includes clear guidance to help pupils improve their work and that lessons are planned to take account of pupils’ prior learning and setting tasks to match pupils’ abilities.
The school received an ‘Outstanding’ rating in their last Ofsted report; the school is constantly improving with pupils from a wide range of backgrounds that covers 8 religions. With a top of the range ICT suite, the staff and pupils at this school really do have access to all of the equipment that delivers excellent results.
This is one of the best schools within the area and the school expect high standards from both staff and pupils and strives to achieve top results for their pupils and I am looking for an energetic and enthusiastic teacher who will inspire children, ensuring they make good progress and enjoy learning with high expectations of themselves and their pupils.
Skills Needed:
Qualified Teachers are required with a PGCE or equivalent

Excellent communication
Organised planning
The ability to monitor pupil's progress throughout a lesson
