We are recruiting for a creative, energetic and engaging teacher of Geography who is passionate about their subject to join an outstanding Humanities team. It is essential you are able to teach from KS3 to KS5 Geography and are prepared to take on the responsibility of planning and
delivering classes to meet the current curriculum. The role is in a highly esteemed secondary school in South West London. The position is to start in January and will run to the end of the academic year with potential opportunities to extend for the right candidate.
You must be committed to providing the highest standards of education with a desire to inspire pupils to succeed and strive for excellence. You will have a proven track record in the classroom with experience of writing schemes of work and curriculum planning. It is essential that you have experience teaching up to GCSE and A-level.
The role is subject to following criteria:
Must hold QTS
Eligibility to work in the UK
Experience Teaching Geography at GSCE Level
Your CV must cover the last 2 years employment history and any
employment breaks must be a explained
You need to supply two years of references of which at least one
must be from a school setting
This position is subject to an Enhanced CRB/DBS disclosure and
overseas police checks
