Secondary TA (Teaching Assistant) Job - Newport
Hays Education have a Secondary Teaching Assistant job in the Newport area who are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant/LSA in January to join their supportive team of staff. The TA/Learning Support Assistant will be required to give 1:1 and group support across Key Stage 3 and 4, especially with children who are falling behind or who have challenging behaviour.
The ideal candidate will :
Have recent, referenceable experience working with children
Have good behavioural management skills
Be committed to raising levels of attainment
Have a patient nature
Have the ability to work with initiative
