Hays Education is currently recruiting for Primary Teaching Assistants in the Stroud area to start in September.
Hays Education are currently working in exclusive partnership with schools in the area to provide day to day and long term teaching assistant support in Stroud. We are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for the next academic year to work within a primary school setting.
The supply placements you will work on through Hays are flexible and may include half days, full days, long term, and permanent placements; allowing you the opportunity to obtain work that is tailored to suit your individual requirements whilst also enabling you to make a positive impact upon the children you will work with. You will be required to support the curriculum in reception to year 6 and will also have the opportunity to work within varied settings and varied abilities ranging from SEN to gifted and talented.
Responsible for ensuring the effective teaching and learning of these pupils, you will need to be confident in your ability to support students and staff and use your initiative as well as able being to work as part of the teaching and support team. You will possess recent experience of working within an educational setting (and be able to provide references) and have a relevant teaching assistant qualification (level 2 or 3).
