Noted ARCHICAD firm, Kitchen & Associates, (K&A) is currently providing comprehensive architectural, engineering and interior design services for this six-story, 173-unit, mixed-use, purpose-built project located on the corner of West McMillan and Clifton Streets in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio known as The Verge.

Aimed primarily at offering new student housing opportunities to the University of Cincinnati—located directly adjacent to the site—once complete the project will boast 495 new beds, a two-level, 385-car parking structure, ground floor retail, two landscaped courtyards and a state-of-the-art amenities center. Residential living units are arranged in one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom flats, as well as four-bedroom townhouses.

The United States Green Building Council (USGBC) recently certified The Verge in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio LEED® Gold. Opening its doors in August, this six-story, 495-bed, mixed-use development is aimed at offering new housing opportunities to the local University of Cincinnati student population, whose campus is located directly adjacent to the site. In addition to its residential component, The Verge provides ground floor retail, two landscaped courtyards, a state-of-the-art amenities center, and a two-level, 385-car parking garage. Almost fully-leased after only two months of opening, the project is expected to complement the growing need for off-campus housing at this burgeoning downtown university.
