The 2016 American Music Awards just got wrapped up and Hip-Hop artists took center stage along with other pop stars with dance music featuring progressively through out the event. Drake was the show-stopper leading the line with 13 nominations and bagging 4 categories. The Chainsmokers had a captivating presence as well with 4 nominations. Other dance music nominations included Calvin Harris & Major Lazer. Justin Bieber bagged 2 awards as well for Purpose: The Movement, which has also been co-produced by Skrillex behind the curtains.
