It’s time to cheer up our dance crew all set to represent India at the World Hip-hop Championship in Las Vegas this August. Since its inception in 2007, Blitzkrieg has conquered several dance challenges across India and won remarkable laurels too. This Vegas-bound team of 23 members is putting in several hours of laborious effort to give their best shot at the Hip-hop International 2016 which shall be held in August.
The team comprises of undergrad students from Manipal University, Karnataka. Competing and emerging victorious from amongst professional crews was a brilliant feat in itself for the team, admitted Anjan Sivakumar, Director of Hip Hop International India. These folks have an unbeatable passion for the art of dance which is quite evident in their dance routines. Do check out this video from one of their practice sessions here.
Despite facing several odds like sponsorship issues and other financial glitches, they’re strongly determined to make the country proud on the global platform. Bollywood celebrities like Farah Khan, Varun Dhawan and Ayushmann Khurrana have come forward to acknowledge and appreciate Blitzkrieg’s colossal success.
