The Kerala Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India. Qualification Details For Junior Instructor (Mechanic Refrigeration and Air conditioning) Post : Passed S.S.L.C. or equivalent, National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade or Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering.
