Ryan Tubridy had a big smile on his face this morning and it's not because of tonight's Late Late Show line- up but for Daffodil Day.
Kicking of this year's annual charity day, Ryan and the 2FM Roadcaster have taken up residence for the first time on Henry Street.
Parked outside the Ilac Centre, Ryan was pictured getting into the spirit of the day by playfully posing for pictures with members of the public.

Having fun with passer-bys, Ryan gave them small bouquets of daffodils to help support the day.
The star isn't alone on Henry street as colleagues Rick O’Shea and Cormac Battle will broadcast live from the fame shopping street also.
This is the 28th year of the Irish Cancer Society annual Daffodil Day today and it's been revealed over 3,000 volunteers nationwide will be raising money for the great cause.

As well as 2FM, there is plenty of local fundraising efforts happening with coffee mornings and cake sales as well as volunteers selling Daffodil Day merchandise on the streets.
