Today we’re meeting one woman who won huge honors at this year’s State Fair after she entered the canning category.
Spicy peach barbequed chicken
Ingredients directions
1 cup peach preserves preheat grill to medium hot. In a medium mixing bowl, combine
1 lg clove garlic minced preserves, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
2 tblsp olive oil season chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides and
¼ tsp cayenne pepper place on grill for about 1 minutes on each side.
(if not using a pepper jelly) brush chicken with glaze and turn every 3-5 minutes glazing
1 tsp salt each time it is turned for a total of 10-12 minutes.
¼ tsp black pepper plate chicken and garnish with additional jam and fresh scallions
1 thinly sliced scallion
4 chicken breast with skin and bone
