The Landings on Skidaway Island, GA: Homes selling fast.
> The Landings on Skidaway Island, GA has released highly positive news on its real estate sales performance for 2014. The sales team recorded 250 closed sales for the 12-month period. Total dollar value of those transactions broke the $100-million mark, coming in at $106,566,410.
This represents a “substantial increase over the previous year,” according to the company. Meanwhile, indicators such as web traffic, visit bookings and sales due to close in the first quarter of 2015 are extremely positive as well. Send me more information about The Landings!
