Sawgrass, FL: No. 1 Most Visited GCHN Community in September.
Good Morning! The Top 10 Most Visited Communities in September list heads today’s golf communities news. Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra, FL, new just last month, is the No. 1 community followed by the consistently high-ranking Harbour Ridge Yacht & CC in Stuart FL.
Overall, Florida is the lead state with five communities in the Top 10, with North Carolina and Georgia each placing two and Maryland with one. See below for all the rankings, plus today’s deals, travel specials, news and more.
Mortgage Rate Watch: The 30-year-fixed rate at Sovereign Bank dropped again, this time to 4.25%. Washington DC may be shut down, but buyers should take action while this temporary lull in rates continues. –David Lott, Founder/Publisher

> Colleton River Plantation, Bluffton SC will host the Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Team on Thur., Oct. 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Golfers can choose from two levels of complimentary ball fitting services, the first using a TrackMan launch monitor to quantify launch conditions.
