Mortgage Rate Watch: Rates edged closer to 4.50% last week as news about the improving economy fueled worries that the Fed will ease up on the support it has given to markets to keep mortgage rates down.

Wycliffe Golf & Country Club, FL: Nearing 46 sales for year.
> Wycliffe Golf & Country Club, Wellington FL reported that, through October, there had been the 35 closings on property transactions for 2013. One scheduled closing remained for November, plus one in December.
