The firm is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to advise the fixed income, equity and prime brokerage/ clearing businesses on legal and regulatory issues on a range of products and services
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Drafting and negotiating repo and securities lending agreements, Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreements, FX, Authorized Participant, soft dollar, prime brokerage and clearing agreements.
Position provides tremendous opportunity for development as a wide-ranging capital markets broker-dealer attorney.
